With this annual community festival\, we seek to build upon the principles of the Resilient East Biloxi program and provide a safe\, supportive\, and encouraging space for the community to express themselves and celebrate the steps we are taking toward a resilient future. This year our theme is “A Journey Through Time” focusing on the history of music\, culture\, and art\, while cultivating visions for East Biloxi’s resilient future.
